The exterior finish will be Hardy Plank siding and Metal Roof. Construction will be wood frame on pilings. First floor areas, such as the Commercial units and wet weather entries for the Villas, will be on a raised concrete slab. Shared Elevators will provide access to the Condominiums and Penthouses while the Villas will have one Elevator per Villa. The Pool will be located between the Larger buildings and the Villas. It will be 15’x35’. Parking for Commercial and Residential will be on the street side of the buildings and there will be approximately 66 parking spaces.
